A solid investment

Pros:
- no crazy noise from neighbors
- the management and realtors advertise honestly and are very responsive
- the super is extremely helpful and diligent
- no roaches! (underground apartment)
- in this hike of prices only raised my rent 70 bucks! incredibly reasonable for it's location.
Cons:
- now and then would be woken up to maintenance in the hallways early morning or late at night would see the super's assistant cleaning etc. (weird hours) but wouldn't be often enough for me to care.
- (underground apartment) kitchen is out of date.. Everything works great, but it takes getting used to. (Just tour and you'll see)
Advice to owner:
-give residents notice for work being done if early morning or late at night (just so we're not jump-scared)
- nothing else, lovely people to work with.
