Above average NYC apartment for sure
Pros
Kitchen was newly remodeled and attendants for the building are good. Super has been here a long long time.
Cons
There was occasionally no hot water which really was a bummer. Made some days absolutely miserable

Best location and loved our apartment layout
Pros
I love that our unit had a separate kitchen from bathroom. All rooms had natural light, but we were on the top floor so that helped. Best location in the east village, close to subway lines and fun spots. We didn’t have many pests, again on the top floor, but very few roach incidents (less than 10 sightings a year.)
Cons
They are currently gutting and renovating the whole building so we have to leave but I wouldn’t stay forever if I could.
