dependable management, great location and price

Pros:
the building management and super are kind, responsive, and on top of fixing issues when called to attention. love the location, rent raises have been fair
Cons:
had some cockroaches here and there, as to be expected living above restaurant and busy bar. main avenue is loud and so are bars below but honestly got used to it overtime. stayed in the building for 3 years happily

Mice and roaches and little to no response from property manager. Lots of holes in our walls and floors that should’ve been caulked before we moved in which would have saved us some issues with pests.

The location is great.
Cons:
Some loud neighbors. Not the most clean building. Stolen packages. Super won’t come fix something unless you call at least 3 times. Landlord unresponsive. Fire escape in terrible condition.
