Great Place to Live

Pros

Ample closet space, private outdoor courtyard, great location in EV, unique duplex layout makes units feel very spacious.

Cons

Package system flawed. Have had multiple packages stolen. Would recommend a part time doorman. Very large building with a lot on current staffs plate.

Best building I've lived in yet

Pros

Great staff team! From the live-in super, to the maintenance crew and management, everyone is extremely responsive and kind. Unbeatable location - Union Square is 5 mins away but can also go one avenue east and you get the much more neighborhood vibe of East Village.

Cons

The outer-facing units can be a bit loud. It's not cheap.
