Amazing landlord experience

Pros:
Reasonable rent increases, most attentive super / supers assistant, clean building, quick repairs
Cons:
This building has unique apartment configurations, with tons of staircases that can be sort of noisy in neighboring apartments

Pros:
The super is very attentive and helpful. The garden outback is very nice.
Cons:
Could hear upstairs neighbors stomping a lot. Plumbing issues would overflow into neighboring apartments on the rare occasion.

-awesome super -great apartment layouts -responsive with maintenance requests
Cons:
cant think of any - some of the kitchens are small but thats expected for nyc

Responsive Super, Packages brought up to door, High Ceilings, Spacious Units
Cons:
Had some trouble with leaking pipes but super was responsive to fixing the issues

really amazing apartment!

Pros:
it honestly has everything you need: laundry in the building, elevator, ac in every room, packages delivered inside your apartment is really a plus. and it's in the most convenient area. the space is really big for the price!
Cons:
this might just be a personal preference but the heater makes the apartment really hot in the winter, but not a big issue at all if you just open some windows!
Advice to owner:
honestly nothing, i'm very happy with this place!
