Great location, Current super Jesmond is great
Cons:
The building is slanted, and gets very very cold - windows don't keep cold or noise out
Advice to owner:
new windows - one is actually broken

Pros:
Generally clean building in a perfect location. Decent sized bedrooms. Great light.
Cons:
Heat loud / steams up living room. Heat intermittent with significant temperature fluctuation. Hot water takes 3-5 mins to activate in shower.
