    Landlord is nice and responsive and in a nice neighborhood

    Apartment was a little small

    cute place! but small!

    Clean, super quiet for being in the middle of Nolita.
    Lovely super.
    Close to so many great shops and restaurants, and train.
    Cons:
    Unit was tiny, and very little natural light. Perfect if you don't need much space but want to be in the center of things. Not a good place for homebodies.
