Great Staff - Poor Management

Pros:
The doorman staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful in every way imaginable
Cons:
The building management is very unresponsive to serious issues with units and sometimes requires extensive follow up and pressure to get things done
Advice to owner:
Sell to a better owner

Phenomenal Building Staff, Horrific Building Management

Pros:
The new(ish) super Arber and his staff are truly a dream. They are kind, professional, and timely at everything they do. By far the best building staff I have ever encountered.
Cons:
The building management company is horrendous. There are multiple units where they were scammed out of flex wall costs, free months, etc.
