    Pros:
    Clean, well maintained building. Elevator is always working, laundry in basement is always working. Doormen are lovely. Great location.

    Great location- near many subway lines and great restaurants.
    Cons:
    The main doorman Nazier is a horrible person who sometimes smokes weed with the residents but when guests come in he treats them as if he owns the building and it’s a dorm building. I reported it to the management but they raised my rent after that and it took more than two months to get my deposit back after I moved out. Worst landlord experience I’ve ever had.
    Advice to owner:
    Pay attention to the residents’ needs and to keep the building clean. It’s a mess most of the time and the apartments are not even clean even the first day you move in.

    -great location -laundry in building
    Cons:
    -dated finishes, small units for price -worst management company: do not answer any tenant inquiries, even about serious issues at the property. ignore emails. if there is an issue be prepared to handle it yourself.
