Don’t Live Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s in a good location
Cons:
There is a constant package stealing problem that the building refuses to address or help with.
There is a MASSIVE rodent problem. I’d you like rats and mice…this might be the place for you.

Everything's bad except for location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very vibrant, convenient neighborhood
Cons:
The agent Michael Fine is psychotic and lowkey racist. Screams at girls and throws tantrums.
Management is not responsive at all and the hallway and staircases are always dirty. Pest control is not good enough and it takes forever and so much luck to get anything fixed.
Advice to owner:
Please do better. I know you aren't worried about renting because of the location but this is truly the worst renting experience ever.

Great building overall.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is unbeatable, Ruby’s downstairs is nice and lively to come home to although they do crowd entrance sometimes. The building is well kept and management is very quick to respond to reasonable requests, they’ll send someone to fix anything you need very quickly.
Cons:
I would have rated neighbors a 5 as all the neighbors I’ve met have been absolutely lovely, but unfortunately we do have a thief in the building and many people have had packages stolen. Cameras that work would be nice. Frankie the super is a pleasure.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you’re doing! More frequent cleaning of the entrance and stairwell would be nice.
