    Location, laundry in building, cleanliness
    Cons:
    Noisy street, should have a full time doorman in such a busy neighborhood

    Solid apartment, great location

    Pros:
    Maintenance was responsive and I had very few issues in the building. Amazing location and I really enjoyed the year I spent there; I only moved out because I left the city.
    Cons:
    Obviously it's pretty pricey, but if you're looking at the area, you already know that!
