Pros:
Great location, maintenance guy Romiro is very nice and helpful
Cons:
Insanely loud cafe/retail tenant in the building, building heating system isn't great, packages get stolen, ownership group is not accomodating
Advice to owner:
Offer abatement to tenants when their appliances are taken offline for months, or if noise attributable to your retail tenant disrupts quiet enjoyment of the residence
