great location. neighbors are respectful. quiet street, especially if your bedroom is away from the street.

Cons

management could be better and more response - that said, they've gotten better over the years. packages have been stolen. typical walkup issues - old appliances, heat blasts or is too cold and can't be adjusted.

mgmt company horrific in every way, months to take action on leaks, repairs, anything of consequence. incredibly quick to remind you rent is due on the 1st of the month
