An expensive tenement
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and it has an elevator
Cons:
Snotty board members. Disgusting halls and lobby. Mice and rats in the breezeway. Inadequate heat. Noise from the street is horrific it is a main traffic block. Paper-thin interior walls. You can hear your neighbors cough. The fees charged are high. Hot water in the bathroom is erratic.
Advice to owner:
Clean up the building
