    Well maintained
    On a quiet street for NYC
    Trash always picked up
    Temp good
    Cons:
    Can be finicky about when recycling can go out
    Some neighbors move furniture a lot

    small but nice

    Pros:
    perfect location right near tons of restaurants and subways, grocery store 2 blocks away, virtual doorman, clean street, responsive landlord, quiet neighbors
    Cons:
    small apartment, walk-up, had packages stolen several times, right next door to planned parenthood so frequent protestors outside, occasional roaches, small one-way road so honking was an annoyance if someone stopped to unload
