    Pros:
    Great building, very nice people, responsive handyman. People like living here and stay for years.
    Cons:
    Small, nothing crazy for nyc but heat is a little wonky in the winter and there was a mouse one time
    Advice to owner:
    Help the ladies on the first floor maintain the garden they shouldn’t have to fun it alone
