Sometimes forget to notify on changes in the building

Great building near WV!

Very responsive and friendly super. Well maintained common area
Cons:
No laundry in the unit, very small kitchen, floors peeling a bit
Advice to owner:
Upgrades needed in certain apts (eg bathroom and kitchen)
