Recent reviews of 55 EAST 10 STREET highlight its prime location, responsive management, and overall cleanliness. Tenants appreciate the safety and quietness, with some mentioning great amenities like laundry facilities and study lounges. However, occasional pest issues and high rent relative to space are drawbacks. Advice includes improving water quality and addressing expensive rent concerns. Pretty good dorm
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's a nice building located on a calm street. I always felt safe walking to class because there was never too much going on (except that one time Biden came to eat at the restaurant on the same street, Il Cantinori). Overall, very clean and never had problems with noise.
Cons:
The only thing I hated was how cold my room is. Never figured out if this was a room issue or building issue but I was freezing my toes off.
