Very very bad with uninhabitable issues

I have not enjoyed the view for a minute due to severe, dangerous, unlivable issues. -severe vibration from HVACs not being maintained. -severe vibration from other sources accompanied by noises like humming in the walls, almost sounds like faulty wiring or loose pipes. Making me incredibly sick. It’s torture. -no response to emergency issues like this and inability to be in your apartment. I asked to move my bed to a vacant apartment so I could have surgery and have somewhere to sleep. Nothing. It is so dehumanizing, I am in physical agony and suffering physical harm to my body which absolutely devastating and traumatizing, and have not received a response needed to move my bed and get out of minute to minute torture. It takes one second but somehow I am left trapped in inhumane conditions with nowhere to go. It’s like I am not a human being, truly horrifying and disrespectful to say the very least. No one should have the right to harm my body, and I should be treated with the basic human decency of immediately being allowed out with a place to stay. I’ve had to stay in hotels until I ran out of money and am literally homeless while paying a fortune. I don’t understand how I do not have the right to protect myself from harm and suffering, immediately. It is physical abuse. -severe noise issues between apartments because the walls don’t go all the way to the windows, and not insulated in the window area above and below apartments. -incredibly dirty windows with white drips streaming down and broken seals -no noise barrier to the outside due to broken window seals. You hear everything as if you live outside. -flys keep getting in. -my floor is sloped -the fridge is incredibly loud and doesn’t stop humming and buzzing. -you will be left in crisis with an uninhabitable apartment and no immediate help or place to stay. Can destroy your life. You can’t do anything without a safe home. - Someone’s hvac is current shaking my apartment and so loud it’s hurting my heart like I’m at a loud concert. -there are clearly mechanical issues that are hazardous to health. -i can’t even stay in the party room or an amenity room of a private place to stay that’s not physically abusing my body because you need the amenity package then have to pay on top of it . -there was an infestation of little black bugs in apartment below me. -there are severe sound issues caused by HVACs all around me that hurt my eardrums -all mantainence requests get deleted as retaliation. -I feel I am being bullied as I desperately try to get help to severe and emergency issues (for months now), only to be harassed with emails that I’m the one violating my lease because someone said they heard my tv through a wall that has holes between apartments. -Can hear the walls cracking and creaking like crazy due to the pressure. -I cannot recommend moving into 43k, as you will find out what the problems are over time. Don’t be fooled by appearances during a ten minute visit. -I have developed internal shaking and severe tremors that won’t go away due to being trapped in the vibration and shaking. -this is not ok, it’s horrific and I don’t deserve to be treated like this. No one does. -I could go on.
Advice to the owners
Address serious and deep building and apartment issues. It will catch up with you and this apartment will completely cave in and the floor will collapse due to the excessive vibration and force. When peoples apartments become uninhabitable and they are suffering severe physical harm and torture - you have to provide then a place to stay or the money the stay somewhere. Immediately. These are peoples homes and real live and real bodies. It is serious, it’s not a joke.
