Landlord will raise the rent every year
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator, units have great natural light. Very responsive live in super.
Cons:
There have been a number of instances of packages stolen from the lobby. There is no doorman or concierge so packages are left in lobby. Landlord is rather abrupt, rude and will always raise the rent every year claiming “market rates”. For a while there was an issue with the hot water it took a month to get that fixed.

Nice Building But Horrific Landlord Company
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is beautiful and we really loved our apartment while we lived here. Heat, water, and garbage all functioned pretty flawlessly. The supers assistant is so sweet and we really loved him. The super is not exactly friendly but it was easy to get her help when talking to her in person. It was also quiet!
Cons:
Getting in touch with the building management was a horrible experience. We were hung up on multiple times and promised to have our calls returned to no avail. When we did speak to them they were so rude. We also had a very rude neighbor who among other things openly gossiped about us in the lobby and yelled at us from her apartment. Apart from that, we had an awful moth infestation and some plumbing issues.
