    A Gem in an Amazing Neighborhood

    Pros:
    The neighbors are all so nice, and pest control comes frequently as a precaution instead of it being a reactive measure.
    Cons:
    It's on a loud avenue, so that may be an issue for some people on lower floors.

    No complaints!

    I love the location, the super is so responsive and great, and the landlord actually communicates with the tenants.
    Cons:
    It is right off the uptown 1 and on 7th Ave, so it can get noisy at times.
