Great building, amazing super, noisy location
Pros
The super here is amazing, very responsive and always willing to help out. The building is well maintained well and in an amazing location. Other tenants in the building are generally nice and not overly disruptive.
Cons
It can get very noisy outside as it’s on a busy road. Every time the 1,2,3 train pass by you will hear it at all hours.
Advice to the owners
I don’t have any direct advise to the owners. My experience with them has been positive and I believe they manage the building well and have done a good job picking the right super who really cares about the tenants.

Great and well maintained building
Pros
I love the location, the super is so responsive and great, and the landlord actually communicates with the tenants.
Cons
It is right off the uptown 1 and on 7th Ave, so it can get noisy at times.
