very receptive and quick maintenance staff

great location and cute street. super nice, responsive and quick maintenance staff. usually heard back or had an issue resolved in less than 24 hours. were helpful with pest control services as well.
Cons:
garbage room would get gross and have seen mice/rats in there before.
