Radiator noise was awful and not fixed despite management being aware
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, views, neighborhood
Cons:
The radiator would bang heavily and repeatedly when the heat was on, and sometimes the apartment would still be freezing (53°), despite the radiator obviously (due to banging) being on.
Advice to owner:
Be more transparent and communicative with your tenants about work being done to mitigate issues

I recommend living here
Advice to owner:
Keep on keeping up the building nice
