Great little apartmrnt

Pros:
Perfect location on a quiet street in the middle of a bustling area with tons of character. Assistant Super was great — responsive and just a nice guy. New finishes on the apartment. Security camera in the entryway.
Cons:
Super was a smoker and the building often smelled like cigarettes. Semi-frequent pests (cockroaches, flies) and little bugs in the shower. Package theft. It’s not rent stabilized and rent increases were steep.

Pros:
Assistant super was friendly and very responsive. Overall great place to live.
Cons:
The live-in super was not responsive and a chain smoker. tenants were constantly writing in about the smoke stinking up their apartments.
Bugs and pests were an issue but the assistant super was good about addressing

clean apartment and building garbage controlled enough light in back end apartments open studio responsive managment
Cons:
water pressure poor needs updated bathroom pricey back yard tenants need quiet hours
