We love that everything is so close to us, subways, restaurants/bars, parks, the west side highway, and a lot more! The main pro is convenience at its best!
Cons:
Smaller apartments/might not get a gym in your building/no communal work space
Advice to owner:
Great property!

Pros:
Beautiful pre-war character, doorman and friendly responsive building staff. Usually no one else in the elevator with you. Central location and close to everything including 2 subways
Cons:
Building manager is live in but usually not home, supers keep changing and the good ones usually don’t last long. Laundry room can be dirty at times.

Clean laundry room, elevators and basement

Everything is pretty amazing. I would recommend a weekly clean of the laundry room.

Cons:
Management does not care about you Rodent and huge cockroach problem Handyman Kyle acts like owns the place and will get you evicted if he does not like you. Tiny studios. No heat until the city ruled says so. Heater makes loud noises. Tiny bathrooms
Advice to owner:
Fire Kyle. Get professional management and doorman that are befitting for a West Village building. You charge high rent without any high end professionalism.
