Great apartment for early mid twenties
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, safe, and fairly quiet walk up building in an amazing location. Had no pest issues except a few gnats and mosquitos in the summer and management was always very responsive when we needed maintenance.
Cons:
There didn’t appear to be a live in super and impossible to get maintenance or assistance during weekends and evenings/ out of office hours. Small rooms and no closets. Broker company that has an exclusive on the building (real ny) was very difficult to work with and took long time to process application.
Advice to owner:
Get a live in super
