    Responsive landlord, no pests, good heat
    Cons:
    You have to pay to have your AC units installed by building

    Great location, great size for 3 bedroom

    Big living room for west village apartment, amazing location
    Cons:
    need to drop off a check for rent which is not as ideal, little counter space, no closets increased rent in march 2020 during pandemic

    show more compassion for tenants during pandemic
