    Great location in West Village
    Cons:
    The building is very old and you can hear your neighbors on all sides stomping around their units. The entire apartment literally shakes. This can go on till 3am weeknights. Owner refuses to enforce rules to install carpets which would help a lot. Tenants also often sublet to loud neighbors who cause noise disturbances.
    Advice to owner:
    Enforce the rules. Require loud neighbors to install carpets. Make site inspections to corroborate disturbances. Treat your rent paying tenants with respect. Stop illegal subletting.

    Overpriced for what it is

    Pros:
    Very cute courtyard view, beautiful lobby and staircases, in an amazing area with lots to do
    Cons:
    Extremely overpriced for how small the units are, floors are very old and made with cheap wood that warps easily, kitchen appliances could literally be from the Great Depression and constantly break, management is so unresponsive and will literally do nothing if you have any issues.
    Advice to owner:
    Management NEEDS to be more responsive. The super (Benny) NEEDS to be more responsive. Why does he live in the building if he doesn't even fix or attend to anything. I tried to get in contact with him about a broken lightbulb for SIX MONTHS and he didn't answer his phone once, or direct me to the right person to contact and I ended up getting charged for it. He also is extremely rude and creepy and made very creepy comments to me (young girl)
