Okay for the wv

Pros:
This building is centrally located and I feel like it’s easy for me to get anywhere in the city. Neighbors are a nice mix of younger and elderly tenants. Generally a quiet street unless something is going on in the park next door.
Cons:
Management is has a bipolar response to issues; sometimes it will be a day or two turnaround for a simple issue other times it may take days for them address something more pressing (like the heat not working)

Amazing location and loved my apartment. Pretty responsive to issues.
Cons:
Sometimes the lobby area was dirty and the buzzer didn’t work.

Horrendous experience with Sky Management

Location is great
Cons:
Management company put off dealing with pest issues which led to full infestation. Management not responsive to tenants or addressing issues in a timely or effective manner. Management rude and unprofessional. Overall horrible experience.

Good location and restaurants
Close to the subway
Laundry in some unit
Cons:
Management company is terrible and have not resolved the pest issue in a year
Multiple pests, including mice and cockroaches
Unclean building
Apartment had to be fumigated and two other on the floor as well
Two robberies and packages stolen from the lobby
First floor apartments are above a restaurant
Advice to owner:
Fire management company

Responsive management and nice apartments overall. Building tenanrs are friendly
Cons:
Bugs during Covid but Mgmt worked hard to resolve
