My window faces the interior where the employees of a nearby restaurant are. They hang out in front of my window and make noise. No exhaust fan in bathroom Too expensive

I never saw any mice living there. Roaches were present sometimes, but it can happen anywhere. It didn’t seem like a big issue to me

I lived on the first floor. To be specific, I saw a few in my apartment the year I lived there. They were already dead by the time I saw them, except two times. I saw a few dead ones in the lobby or basement. It wasn’t a major issue that would deter me from living there.
