Building has as many amenities you can get without being “luxury” Pretty quite street On sight & helpful super Laundry in building

Things break pretty open ( door, laundry, elevator) Packages are not secure and get stolen Owner is not responsive or helpful

The building super lives on site and is very responsive! Building is on a nice quiet street and the elevator and laundry in building are a plus
