Pros:
The building is beautiful. It is kept clean by management and people that work there are friendly.
Cons:
It's an old building, so some of the windows are drafty. BUT The radiators are powerful!
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you're doing, but most importantly keep working artists in Manhattan. I love this place!
