No pros whatsoever
Cons
-they will not return your security deposit no matter how long or loyal you’ve been -Filthy -No one to get ahold of EVER from management (we’d go months and months without responses via in person attempts/phone/text/email) -no air -no heat -non functioning restrooms -extremely dusty and dirty -if you spill something it immediately leaks to the floor below -you can hear everyone having normal conversations from other offices and floors above and below -the owners are in financial turmoil -there is ZERO way of getting assistance or responses from management or ower -management office is NEVER open
