Great building, horrific management

Pros:
It’s a wonderful building to live in
Cons:
The management company, Division Property Management is incompetent. We have not had air conditioning or central air for 5 months. Alexandria from Division Property Management refuses to share any updates and is condescending to residents asking for an update as they suffer in 80+ degree apartments.
Advice to owner:
Find new management.
