Location was great
Cons:
Laundry did not work. Building was dirty, poorly maintained and there were roaches even where I was on the 5th floor. Property manager not helpful or responsive. No heat in one of the rooms in the winter, had to call 311 and the building did not fix or turn up heat.

Nice building with average management experience

Pros:
The building is most of the time very clean and nice. Tenants in the building are nice and respectful. Submitting maintenance claims has led to faster replies as of late. Historically, maintenance requests would be left open and would not be addressed by management.
Cons:
Laundry is way too expensive in the building and half the machines are non functional/ will ruin your clothes. This has been brought up to management by numerous tenants and they have not done anything about it. Units have been broken into and we've asked for virtual doorman which has not been addressed.
Advice to owner:
Address Maintenance Requests always in a timely manner, lower laundry costs and install virtual doorman please!
