Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 350 West 18 Street highlight its prime Manhattan location as the main advantage, with easy access to popular spots and a nice neighborhood vibe. However, building management and maintenance receive significant criticism, including slow or no response to urgent repair needs like leaks and appliance failures. Persistent pest issues, especially roaches and rodents, detract from the living experience. Garbage management and cleanliness are poor, contributing to an unkempt environment. Tenants also report noise concerns, problematic laundry facilities, and difficulties in reclaiming security deposits. While some residents appreciate the historic apartment details and a helpful super, overall management responsiveness and upkeep require substantial improvement.
