    Love this building, great responsive management

    Pros:
    Highly recommend this building, lived here for a couple years. Management really cares about solving tenant issues quickly, and is always very responsive. Apartment is spacious and building has a nice courtyard / gate which is rare. Neighbors are respectful and there's rarely ever noise from outside (on the 19th St side) apart from occasional sirens. Love that the garbage disposal is in a separate, organized area near the building. Overall the building feels super clean and safe, and is in a great location.
    Cons:
    No infestations, but once or twice a year a confused roach would find its way inside, probably due to the rain in the summer. These were one-offs, not a recurring problem.

    Good building but being 8th ave facing means its very loud

    Cons:
    - limited laundry machines (5) for 100+ units
    - extremely loud
    - heating levels are not appropriate (extremely overheated) forcing you to open window during winter
