Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 320 West 30 Street highlight spacious, well-maintained apartments with generally good water pressure and helpful supers. The building offers relatively affordable rent increases and a friendly neighbor community. However, many renters report noise issues due to thin walls and floors, with some facing disruptive neighbors above. Pest control remains an ongoing concern, particularly with roaches. Management responsiveness is often criticized as poor, with some tenants describing interactions as rude or unhelpful. Garbage management and cleanliness receive mixed feedback, and occasional safety concerns around the area were noted. Improvements in management communication, pest control, and sound insulation are recommended.
