Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 360 West 34 Street highlight a well-maintained building with clean common areas, friendly doormen, and renovated apartments featuring modern finishes. Tenants appreciate the convenient Midtown location and good amenities including laundry and gym. However, frequent mentions of loud street and construction noise, sometimes extending into the night, affect comfort, especially for light sleepers. Heating is generally effective though occasionally inconsistent, and water pressure is strong. Management receives mixed feedback, praised for responsiveness by some but criticized by others for unresponsiveness, disorganization, and rent hikes. Pest control is well-managed and neighbors are mostly friendly. Overall, it's a solid choice for those prioritizing location and maintenance but less suited for noise-sensitive renters or those seeking engaged management.

Well maintained, renovated, nice doormen
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well maintained, responsive super, nice doormen, no stolen packages, renovated
Cons:
A/C had black dust/dirt coming out of it even after maintenance dropped by, the heat in the building is central and was irregular during the winter (wouldn't be turned on during colder days and on when it wasn't as needed), it gets a bit noisy given it's around Penn and on occasion, there's some homeless people around but didn't make you feel unsafe on the street as there are a lot of people around all times throughout the day.
