Great location with responsive-ish management (they’ll fix anything urgent, like leaks or lock issues right away, but are slow on other things). Clean stairwell and garbage area.
Cons:
I’ve had some packages stolen and both cockroach and mice issues. They have an exterminator come once a month, but I had to get a cat and traps to get rid of the mice and the cockroaches are persistent. I’ve seen them in the hallway and stairwell so I think it’s a building wide problem. But it’s New York, so this isn’t anything out of the ordinary.
