    really good location, close to a lot of subways
    Cons:
    neighbors are odd, lots of noise at night and early mornings

    Convenience, easy access to subways and grocery stores, roof access, clean lobby and hallways, unit itself never gets too hot or cold
    Cons:
    The neighborhood is strange, oftentimes lots of noise late into the night and early morning, windows are poorly insulated which lets in cold and noise
