Decent building in convenient location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenience, easy access to subways and grocery stores, roof access, clean lobby and hallways, unit itself never gets too hot or cold
Cons:
The neighborhood is strange, oftentimes lots of noise late into the night and early morning, windows are poorly insulated which lets in cold and noise

luxury branding without the luxury experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
great location, actual units are great, high ceilings and great appliances
Cons:
electric costs are extremely high, very loud outside with streets full of homeless people and doesn’t always feel safe. they found a homeless woman on the roof of the building and still charging over $8k a month for a 3bed. Tenants are young and don’t respect the common areas
Advice to owner:
if you’re going to call it a luxury building and charge luxury prices, treat the property like it

Don’t judge a book by its cover
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice appliances. Recently renovated. Up and coming area with ritz residence being built nearby and plenty of new shops and food places coming on soon.
Cons:
Slowest elevator in the world. Package burglary issue with no help from management. Excessive partying on roof with broken ceiling tiles and trash everywhere and throughout stairwell. Extremely slow response times from management. No live-in super. Super also manages a building that is far away. Repeated and constant water shut offs. Neighboring Senton Hotel clearly operates as a prostitution ring with sketchy people hanging around entrance of building throughout the night.
