Convenient location next to subway stops, good value, great views in some unit
Cons:
Lots of issues with water (occasional brown water, monthly repair/shut downs), saw cockroach in lobby, apartment hallway

Great location great starter place

Pros:
- latch access is nice to have - admin is very responsive to emails - location is great - garbage room gets cleared often - onsite gym is okay-good. Has enough but not every piece of equipment
Cons:
Be prepared to spray bug spray often. - Roaches are a thing in the building. - water pressure often sucks - water maintenance often, can expect no clean water a few days of the year if on the higher floors - stringent about about mailroom access - not all elevators are operational 24/7 - staff gets annoyed if you take big stuffing the elevatir
