Renters approve of the building's owners
Loved the apartment itself. Had all stainless steel European sized fridge, nice stove, microwave, dishwasher. Marble tiled bathroom. Impeccable back deck. Can’t hear any of your neighbors unless they’re in the stairwell.
The location in midtown wears on you after a while. But the building itself is great. Unassuming, no frills, but an oasis in the apartment.
