can't tell about 49th. , we live between 39./40.

I live about halfway up. The room that faces 34th St only gets faint beeping and sirens, the room that faces 35th has virtually no street noise. Hope that helps!

Really great staff, very helpful The building seems well maintained and laundry room is very clean Close to everything
Not the strongest AC Loud and noisy due to location
The concierges and super are very nice and helpful, the building is in a convenient location, and the views are good. The roof has an amazing view. No issues with pests or anything.
The elevators are very slow and frequently break down, the management company is sometimes quite slow to respond, to the point of causing us issues subleasing and getting required documents. It is also on the pricey end.
