Amazing location - 2 short blocks from Union Square subway, 3 blocks from Trader Joes, 5 min to the East Village Price was very good before being bought out by Sabet Group
Cons:
Have had multiple mice in the unit Trash chute is always full and smells disgusting in the hallway Have seen rats in the trash chute before The apartment was just bought by new management - Sabet Group that raised rent to the max in order to kick us out and "renovate" the unit, no doubt charging double what we were previously paying. It took me 3 weeks of emailing/calling management to get a response back about my lease renewal options just to find out that they will not let me renew the lease with new roommates in order to kick us out and renovate
Advice to owner:
Stop being greedy. You can't take money with you when you die.
