The greatest neighbirhood

Pros:
So close to everything, especially the farmers market. Historic beautiful neighborhood and key to the park. Large walk-in closet.
Cons:
The elevator was never working, lived on top floor and the street noise could be terrible. The heat didn’t work all winter, the ac wall unit was terrible, was listed as a 1 bed but was in fact a studio.the owner Janice was not a good manager and her “art” blocked all of the stairs.
Advice to owner:
Hire a professional manager.
