Clean Building, Responsive Management

Pros:
In-unit amenities are top notch, management is responsive and notifies tenants of any construction. Location is fantastic.
Cons:
Some pests here and there. Very expensive. Mail room is not very secure.

New owners are greedy

Prior super, Steve, was always prompt with repairs. Very quiet, well-behaved neighbors.
Cons:
Water pressure & heat were constantly a problem. New owners’ charging rents that would be prohibitive for a doorman bldg., let alone a non-doorman one.
