    Property Manager is the absolute WORST

    Pros:
    You have a home
    Cons:
    Very old building that makes a ton of noise. The property manager does not help with anything whatsoever, and if she does, then it is helped a month later
    Advice to owner:
    Help your residents instead of stringing them along and taking advantage of them
