I Beg You to Avoid

Pros:
Nice neighbors. Great neighborhood.
Cons:
Sari Ancona and FlatIron Real Estate Advisors are slumlords. She is oftentimes totally non responsive to borderline emergencies. People have to BEG for the smallest repairs. There is a TERRIBLE roach and rat problem. I saw rats every time I took my trash to the tenant trash room. The hallways are filthy. The super collects garbage and broken trash from the streets and sells it to losers on the block. He uses the building as his storage bin and brings crap to the open area downstairs till he can sell it for cash to someone else so he's constantly carrying dangerous shattered furniture and items up and down the stairs and through the hallways. Sari gives her blessing for the building to be in a state of disrepair. Every single tenant complains about these slumlords. My neighbor had zero heat 2 winters ago and SUED them. She won! How can you give no heat in the winter? Such awful landlords. There was always some sort of city violation on the front door. Rats Violations or Stop Work Orders etc. Illegal sublets and illegal air bnb so there are strangers coming and going. One tenant reported this problem to manager Sari Ancona but she ignored her. I beg you to check the yelp reviews for FlatIron Real Estate Advisors. Lots of gross pictures there too. Please fine another place to live and avoid all their buildings. I'm very lucky my name was not on the lease so I got out alive.
Advice to owner:
Please realize everyone hates you bing their landlord. You're awful people.
