Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 245 3 Avenue reveal a clean building with effective garbage management and strong water pressure. Tenants appreciate quiet surroundings and generally good neighbors. The building benefits from an attentive superintendent who maintains the lobby and pest control efforts appear effective. However, consistent issues arise with poor owner responsiveness and inadequate maintenance, including recurring heating problems, noise due to thin walls, and subpar move-in conditions. Several renters highlight overpriced, small units and occasional mold or water quality concerns. While the location is praised, building management needs to improve communication, timely repairs, and overall upkeep to enhance tenant satisfaction.
