Solid Apartment, Plumbing issues.

Pros:
Nice roof access and generally cheap prices. good living room size
Cons:
Bugs can be an issue if you are not very on top of it. My bathroom ceiling has caved in several times.
Advice to owner:
Fix the plumbing, there are clearly issues in a variety of ways with the plumbing.
