Does the job
Former Tenant
Pros:
Open stairs, good location, nice space, elevator.
Cons:
Packages get stolen and management doesn’t do anything about it. I’ve found roaches in my apt several times even after the exterminator comes… entire building needs to be addressed.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the pests and install a camera to address the package issues.

Not worth the $
Former Tenant
Pros:
Can’t hear neighbors. Some neighbors are nice. Super is friendly and helpful.
Cons:
Huge package theft problem and no action from management. Windows are extremely NOT sound proof and it’s on 3rd Ave. some cockroaches. Building caught on fire before I moved out. And I believe there were some
Burglaries. Homeless people come in at night. Elevator always broken. Laundry system is outdated
Advice to owner:
Update intercom system. Update laundry system. Replace the windows. Fix the elevator.

Gross - would not recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fun location near restaurants and bars
Cons:
HUGE mouse and roach problem. Seriously disgusting. Management company is extremely unresponsive and rude. Would not answer any requests for returning our deposit until we threatened legal action after months.
Advice to owner:
Fumigate the building
