Pros:
Apartments are very spacious, management is responsive.
Cons:
Finishings a little outdated. Not very clean.

Good for the price

Pros:
New windows enhance the view and muffle the train noice. Apartments are spacious. Very close to 135th train station.
Cons:
Management is slow to act. Maintenance shows up at your door unannounced and bang on the door aggressively. Used to have pest issues, but seems to be better now. Elevators sometimes don’t work properly or go out of sync.
Advice to owner:
Address the issues timely.
