New windows enhance the view and muffle the train noice. Apartments are spacious. Very close to 135th train station.

Cons

Management is slow to act. Maintenance shows up at your door unannounced and bang on the door aggressively. Used to have pest issues, but seems to be better now. Elevators sometimes don’t work properly or go out of sync.

When we left they increased about $200 for a studio

Studio cost 2,400 and up the rent is expensive. Don't waste your time leaks, rats roaches. Manager is rude they don't answer. Look some where else

Not yet…it was really cold last night. I turned the oven on and kept it open to have heat..it’s pretty dangerous that way but no choice, too cold.

Some maintenance people came by yesterday to fix our heaters and we're getting a good flow of heat, now. Sometimes it even gets too hot and we're opening the windows.
